Randy and a fellow Redlands resident, Fred Edwards, have written a book, Redlands – A Postcard History. Randy has been collecting old postcards of Redlands for years. A select group of his postcards has been on display in the Redlands Post Office for several years, generating a great deal of interest. Fred suggested they should use Randy’s collection as the basis for the book and contacted Arcadia Publishing with the idea. Within the week, the proposal was accepted and a contract issued. Arcadia Publishing is best known for creating photo history books for towns and cities across the United States, Canada and England. The book was released in late October and has been met with a very positive response.
